  • CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
    The entrance is through 21 Avenue Road, next to the Art Gallery and behind the Gold statue on Avenue Road. The nearest landmarks around the property are Bay TTC Station, Royal Ontario Museum, St. George TTC Station. Note: Our check-in time opens at 3 PM and closes at 10 PM. Upon arrival to the lobby, message or call us at +1 (416) 731-1372. A member of our staff will meet you in the lobby to greet you and help with the check-in.​ Enjoy an early check-in for a fee of $50, as early as 1 PM, subject to availability. Arrival after 10:00 PM is subject to approval. Late check-in fee is $50. Please confirm with our guest support team ahead of time. ​ The property can be accessed from Avenue Road. It is mandatory to show your ID to the concierge upon your check-in. This is for security and COVID reasons.
  • CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
    Check-out time is 11:00 AM Please leave the keys and parking pass (if provided) in the suite. Please be advised that our check-out time is at exactly 11 AM. Late checkout is subject to availability and a fee of $50. The latest check-out time is at 1 PM. Kindly leave the keys on the kitchen counter, please take a photo and send it to us. Lastly, please leave the doors unlocked. If you have parking with us, please remember to leave the parking pass with the valet or in your room. In case you don't have the pass with you, please check it on your car's dashboard. The valet usually puts the parking pass on the dashboard. Please be informed that the Concierge at the Lobby is not associated with Avalon Suites. If you have questions or requests before your check-out time, kindly reach out to us directly for assistance. If there are any issues with the suite, please inform us as quickly as possible so we can solve them for the next guest we will use our damage security deposit in the case of damage or losses to our suite. Reminder: Uninformed late check-out will be charged CAD $65/hour. Failing to return the parking pass after check-out may result in a $200 penalty.   • PARKING
    24/7 Paid public parking is available in the building through 188 Cumberland Entrance (Driveway right next to STK). Here's our Parking information: Underground Parking Availability & Rates We offer parking spots in our underground garage at CA$50/day. To reserve a spot, you can either contact us directly or book a parking pass through our pre-check-in link. Valet Service If you’ve reserved parking with us, please proceed to the 155 Yorkville entrance for our complimentary valet service. Valet Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Thursday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 AM Sunday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Important Notes: If you need your vehicle after valet service hours or plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, we recommend using the public parking located in the same building (P1 & P2 levels). You can find a parking spot and pay directly there. The vehicle height clearance in our underground garage is 6'3". Vehicles taller than this will not fit. Thank you! ​

    Your Suite is equipped with a smart TV, Netflix, and cable channels. Please use the Remote to access cable channels and news. Check the guest manual for further instructions on how to use the TV.   • GYM AND FITNESS CENTRE
    The gym and fitness center are located on the 3rd floor of the building. Equipped with weights, treadmills, aerobic equipment, and cable equipment. Please register with the concierge if you wish to use it. Note: Hours of operation are 6 AM - 11 PM. Guest can go to the 3rd floor using their FOB. No gym pass is needed. 100% Free of use.
  • HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
    Additional housekeeping can be purchased for an additional $100 CAD per service request.
  • BASIC RULES
    All guests must identify themselves with an ID or passport at the time of check-in. ​ Please be aware no parties or social gatherings are permitted in the suite. There are noise-detector devices installed in your suites to help us track the noise level. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. In case of violation of the policy and disturbance of other neighbors, we will have to cancel your reservation and our security team will have to evict your guests from the suite. You will also be charged CAD $450. ​ Please remember to lock the suite door at all times and take the keys with you when you leave the suite. In case of loss/stolen keys, we will have to charge you a penalty of CAD $600. ​ Smoking inside the suite and hallways are strictly prohibited. We will charge a penalty of CAD $500 in case of violation of this policy. Pets are not permitted in the suite. If found, you will be charged CAD $450. We expect you to depart the suite in reasonable conditions. ​ If you find any issues with your suite, please inform us as soon as possible. We are here to help!
  • EXTRAS
    Your suite has been fully serviced prior to your check-in upon arrival. There is a garbage chute located on every floor. Luggage storage is available for a fee of $25. Crib Rental $20/day rate. Please note that this only includes Crib and the pad. No bedding/sheets/pillows. Special Instruction for Crib: If ever guests are interested in renting, they must bring their own bedding. Babies are more sensitive, so in order for us to avoid complaints, especially about allergies due to unclean sheets, guests should bring their own.

  • WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR GARBAGES?
    Bags and boxes that are too large to fit into the chute must be thrown in the garbage bin in the parking garage at P1. Please instruct the on-site team to handle this trash. DO NOT LEAVE ANY GARBAGE ON THE GROUND IN THE GARBAGE ROOM. How to Operate the Garbage Chute: Select either garbage, recycling, or organics. Wait for the light to turn green and for the click sound. If there is an orange light on In Use then wait until it is ready again. Open the door and throw your items into the chute. Close the door. Where is the Garbage Chute located? The garbage chute is in the locker and garbage room down the hallway (turn right after exiting the elevators, every floor has a garbage chute). There is a garbage, recycling, and organics option.
